SOLDERFLEX® atmosphere-control system

The SOLDERFLEX atmosphere control system is available in two alternative versions:
SOLDERFLEX C - stand alone unit including panel PC with touch screen or SOLDERFLEX CI - integrated with your process computer.
Connections for both systems are shown in the same layout above. In practice, only one alternative is used.

Brazing of ferrous alloys and other non-ferrous alloys can be optimized using the HYDROFLEX® furnace atmosphere control system. With HYDROFLEX, the surfaces of the parts will be clean and bright with little or no fluxing and atmosphere impurities are reduced to such an extent that your furnace belts and retorts will last longer.

Predictable wetting and good braze material flow is possible due to precise control of the dew point at the blending panel thus ensuring consistent joint quality. CARBOFLEX atmospheres are used in case that the carbon control is required.
